According to the provisions of Article 17 of the Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China, the production, import and sale of electric motors (Y and Y2 series) with the original standard energy efficiency level 3 will be prohibited. Y series motor has been listed by the Ministry of Information in the compulsory elimination of mechanical and electrical products catalog. In order to implement the Motor Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan (2013-2015) issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and AQSIQ, accelerate industrial energy conservation and consumption reduction, promote industrial transformation and upgrading and green development, comprehensively improve the motor energy efficiency level of Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), accelerate the elimination of low-efficiency motors, and save energy and consumption, Implement energy-saving technology transformation of motor system, select high-efficiency motor to replace low-efficiency motor, and adopt advanced technology to make matching transformation between motor and drag equipment.

1 Concept of high efficiency and energy saving motor

It mainly includes updating and eliminating low efficiency motors and high power consumption equipment, rationally matching motor systems, improving motor efficiency, transforming traditional mechanical methods with advanced power electronic technology transmission mode, and realizing the control of driven devices and equipment manufacturing.

2 Selection of high efficiency and energy saving motor

(1) When a new motor is needed for a new project, it needs to be selected;

(2) When the old motor is damaged or the motor needs to be rewound, it needs to be selected;

(3) When the motor needs to be updated when it is running under low load or over load for a long time, it needs to be selected.

3. High efficiency and energy saving motor effect

Compared with the ordinary motor, the high efficiency and energy saving motor has optimized the overall design, selected high-quality copper winding and silicon steel sheet, reduced the winding loss, core loss, wind friction loss and load stray loss and other losses, loss decreased by 20% ~ 30%, efficiency increased by 2% ~ 8%; The payback period is generally 1A ~ 2A.

4. Policy documents related to motor energy efficiency improvement

5 Description of high efficiency and energy saving motor

The efficiency of the high-efficiency and energy-saving motor shall fully meet the requirements of level 2 energy efficiency and above in GB18613-2012 Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Levels for Small and medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors, and pass the energy-saving product certification of China Quality Certification Center and obtain the energy-saving product certification certificate of China. The high efficiency and energy saving motor is mainly improved in the following aspects in the manufacturing process:

(1) Electromagnetic optimization design, the system, air gap, groove fit and groove type are comprehensively optimized. Through repeated verification of a large number of prototype tests, the electromagnetic design ensures that the motor performance reaches the best;

(2) The core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet with low iron loss and high magnetic conductivity, and the electromagnetic wire is made of H-class polyester imine coated round copper wire QZY-2/180 with temperature resistance grade of 180℃, which greatly improves the performance of the motor, reduces the working temperature rise and loss, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the motor;

(3) Improve the bearing system of the motor, optimize the shape and design of fans and hoods, so as to reduce the mechanical loss of the motor;

(4) The new VPI vacuum immersion paint process is adopted to strengthen the anti-voltage impulse ability of the whole coil, reduce the inter-turn and inter-phase insulation accident rate, and the protection grade and insulation grade are at least one grade higher than the old motor.

6 Implementation Plan

(1) The principle of elimination motor identification:

(1) The first batch, the second batch, the third batch of high energy consumption of mechanical and electrical equipment issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the motor explicitly eliminated;

(2) Motors with large room for efficiency improvement, annual continuous operation ≥8000h, motor loading rate below 55kW 60% and above, motor loading rate above 55kW 90% and above;

(3) the conditions for elimination and transformation are available in 2015;

(4) High energy consumption motor with poor running state, high maintenance cost and lack of spare parts;

⑤ After elimination and transformation, the motor that has great help to the long cycle operation of the device.

(2) Under the condition that the center height, frame length, series and power of the motor are not changed as much as possible, the YE3 series ultra-efficient motor is preferentially purchased for replacement.

(3) The principle of motor replacement is not to affect the long-term stable production of the device: that is, if there is a spare motor, it can be replaced after reversing the device. If it cannot be replaced during the production process, it can be replaced during the stopping and maintenance period.

(4) After passing the evaluation of the scheme, organize to complete the technical renovation work in the mode of contractual energy management immediately.

(5) Motor implementation plan design. The high efficiency and energy saving motor is suitable for the electric drive system with longer running time and higher load rate. The principle of high efficiency and energy saving is to reduce the internal loss of the motor during the operation of the motor and the electromechanical conversion process, improve the operation efficiency and greatly save energy. Technically, through scientific loss analysis, using three-phase "sine" winding, fit and groove size design technology, high efficiency fan. Special TECHNOLOGY AND HIGH quality effective MATERIALS and other comprehensive energy saving technology, to reduce the motor copper (aluminum) consumption, iron consumption, mechanical friction and stray losses, so that the total loss of the motor reduced (20% ~ 30%), efficiency increased 2% ~ 8%.

7. Energy saving benefit analysis

The energy saving of the high-efficiency motor is due to the high efficiency, low loss and large power saving space of the motor compared with the ordinary motor. The calculation formula of the annual power saving △E compared with the latter is as follows:

(2) The current quotation is the price without special requirements. If there are any special requirements, the price will be increased by 8% as follows;

(3) Identify the obsolete low-voltage motor according to the identification principle of the obsolete motor. A total of 152 units of the company's sodium plant, the total replacement power is 2998.6kW; There are 155 units in the company's second sodium plant, and the total replacement power is 5208.6kW; The company has 193 sodium chlorate plants, the total replacement power is 4795.35kW; The company has 147 thermal power plants, and the total replacement power is 3526.74kW; The company has 162 chlorinated isocyanuric acid plants, and the total replacement power is 3362.85kW; The company has 65 CPE plants, and the total replacement power is 1379.1kW; Lanfeng Company has a total of 12 units, and the total replacement power is 200kW.

8 Payback period

8.1 Adopting the Contract Energy Management Mode

Related to the motor replacement list, the total number of replacement motors to be purchased is 886, the total power of the motor is 21471.24kW, the purchase amount of motor equipment is 4.1389 million yuan, the total annual electricity saving is 2358710.9kW•h, and the total annual electricity saving is 1,012,800 yuan.

9 Investment Estimation

The total investment cost of the project is 4,138,900 yuan, and the 886 low-voltage obsolete motors identified, after deducting the government subsidy and recycling cost of waste motors, the estimated investment cost is 3,067,100 yuan.

10 the conclusion

(1) Economic benefits. A total of 886 backward low-voltage motors were eliminated by the sodium production branch of the company, with a total power of 2,1471.24kW. The replacement motor list was involved, and the total annual electricity cost saved was 1,012,800 yuan, the national subsidy cost was 821,800 yuan, and the waste motor disposal cost was 250,000 yuan. After the implementation of this project, the one-time cost saving for a year is 2,084,600 yuan.

(2) Social benefits. The elimination of backward motor meets the requirements of national energy conservation and emission reduction, has a better energy saving effect, at the same time, but also improve the company's overall equipment level.
