A total of 54,000KW high efficiency motors on equipment in 8 production bases of XXX Cement Co., LTD., with a total project capital of 13 million yuan. The motor reformed this time is YE3 series ultra-efficient three-phase asynchronous motor which our company has just been approved to be listed in the Recommended Catalogue of Energy-saving Mechanical and Electrical Equipment (Products) (the Fifth batch) by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Its energy efficiency index is in line with the latest level 2 energy efficiency standard of the State (GB18613-2012). The main models are YE3-200L-4, YE3-250M-4 and YE3-315M-4, etc. After the transformation, the electricity consumption of the whole motor system is reduced by about 20% compared with that before the transformation, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
